Ferry resigns as Cavs GM
Cleveland Cavaliers general manager Danny Ferry has abruptly resigned from the position.
Ferry and owner Dan Gilbert came to a mutual decision that he would step down as the team’s GM.
It’s just the latest significant offseason change for the Cavaliers, who already fired head coach Mike Brown.
Ferry was upset with Gilbert’s decision to fire Brown, something that he did not agree with him on.
He believe that Gilbert wanted to go in a different direction than he did and the two could no longer work together.
